About the role
As the Retail Excellence & Operations Specialist, you will support the Retail Operation function in driving operational excellence across the Korea retail network. Working closely with Assistant Operation Manager and cross-functional partners, this role will coordinate key retail operation projects, strengthen store operation processes, and provide hands-on operations support to stores so that teams can deliver consistent, compliant, and efficient client-facing operations.
What you'll do
• Partner closely with Assistant Operation Manager to support operation excellence projects, store operation process optimization, compliance routines, and daily operation support.
• Work with store teams to ensure implementation, follow-up, and feedback collection for operational initiatives and store support topics.
• Coordinate operation-related vendor communication, PO follow-up, (supplies, packaging, maintenance, cleaning, security guard) and other store support topics as needed.
• Support Assistant Operation Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Retail Operation projects and operation excellence initiatives.
• Assist operation process optimization by consolidating store feedback, tracking progress, preparing materials, and following up on implementation with store teams.
• Support transversal and omni-channel retail operation projects and execute diverse UAT for HQ projects and local initiatives.
• Support store operations team development activities by preparing relevant data, maintaining trackers, and assisting with follow-up materials.
• Prepare store operation team meeting and support operating best of House communities.
• Assist in publication of compliance materials, including newsletter, store operation manual, and mini Audit follow-up.
• Provide daily operations support for Korea stores, including store supplies, packaging, brass care, beauty engraving, security guard, cleaning, and maintenance coordination.
• Support store projects such as opening, closing, renovation, Beauty-related store initiatives in collaboration with Store Ops teams.
• Support regional and local event operations by coordinating operational preparation, store/event team communication, on-site support requirements, vendor follow-up, and post-event operational feedback.
• Coordinate operation-related vendor management, PO follow-up, and OPS-related store support topics as needed.
