What you'll do
• Own and lead the overall Office Administration & Operations strategy for Trip.com Korea.
• Establish operational standards, policies, processes, and service levels for office administration and corporate support services.
• Oversee day-to-day office administration across Korea locations and ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
• Assess office capacity, utilization, employee needs, and future business requirements to develop appropriate administrative solutions.
• Identify operational risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional office projects, including relocation, expansion, renovation, refurbishment, and lease renewal, from planning through implementation.
• Develop project scopes, business cases, budgets, timelines, and risk management plans.
• Oversee core office and administrative services, including office services, supplies, employee support services, access management, and other general administration functions.
• Own the annual corporate administration operating budget for Korea.
• Lead strategic vendor management across administrative, office services, and other corporate support functions.
• Own the overall quality of corporate administrative services provided to employees.
• Lead, coach, and develop corporate administration team members and ensure clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Partner closely with Korea leadership and the Overseas Admin team, as well as HR, Finance, IT, Culture, Internal Control, and Procurement/Purchasing teams.
• Ensure corporate administration activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant local regulations.
• Identify and manage administrative, financial, operational, and business continuity risks.
Requirements
