Description
As a Data Center Corporate Security Partner (CSP), you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, safeguarding personnel, operations, and business continuity within Apple’s dynamic, high-visibility data center environments. You will collaborate closely with business units, facilities, and cross-functional teams to proactively assess risks, define robust security strategies, and implement scalable solutions that ensure secure and efficient operations. This role involves optimizing security performance from our suppliers and leading day-to-day planning, preparation, and field execution in accordance with internal procedures.

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary security partner for assigned sites and business functions, overseeing corporate site and event security.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize physical security risks, vulnerabilities, and operational gaps.
Security Program Development: Develop and implement robust security strategies, procedures, and operational plans.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead coordination with internal partners (facilities, EHS, HR) and external stakeholders (vendors, public safety).
Incident Management: Drive incident response, crisis coordination, and post-incident analysis.
Operational Excellence: Execute 24x7 data center security operations to achieve 100% compliance.
Service Management: Manage security services for Apple-owned Data Centers (AODC) and Remote Data Centers (RDC) colocation sites.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct security site assessments using AuditBoard, develop and audit local standard operating procedures, and act as the primary Apple DRI for audit compliance (ISO 27001/27018, PCI DSS, SOC2).
Vendor Management: Ensure vendor qualification and adherence to performance standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary security technical and operational contact for data center stakeholders, fostering partnerships across DCO, Site Services, Facilities, and other groups.
Incident Response: Manage technical and operational security incidents, including emergency response, resource coordination, escalations, root-cause analysis, and remediation.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Identify trends, analyze risks, articulate their impact on data center operations, and provide oversight through operational metrics and data analysis to Senior Management.
Financial Oversight: Manage expenses, budgets, forecasts, and reporting requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
8 years of experience in data centers or a related security field.

Willingness to travel 20% of the time, with on-call responsibilities.
