About the role

We are looking for someone to discover talented authors and compelling works in the US and build new original content collaborations.

QuarterFull is a global content platform bringing novels, comics, and short-form dramas to readers worldwide. We use AI to lower language barriers and help more authors and works reach readers overseas.

Based at our office in Pangyo, South Korea, you will discover US authors and publishing partners and work with our Korean team to develop collaborations.

What you'll do

1. Discover authors and works across the US fiction and publishing market, online serialization platforms, and author communities.
2. Understand each work's strengths and the author's creative direction, and propose suitable original content collaborations.
3. Communicate directly with authors in English to build trust and discuss their interest in collaboration, timelines, and terms.
4. Identify nonfiction authors and publishing partners, and propose non-exclusive distribution of existing works and new original projects.
5. Present works and collaboration opportunities to the team in Korean, and work with the relevant team members on terms and contracting.
6. Manage outreach records and follow-up schedules, and maintain author relationships after contracts are signed.
