Apple is looking for an dynamic and detail-oriented Product and Program Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on Agentic Commerce Capabilities. This team is responsible for defining the future of AI-driven shopping experiences — building agentic capabilities that help customers discover, evaluate, and purchase Apple products in ways that are intelligent, trustworthy, and deeply personal. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.
Description
In this role, you will drive scope that focuses on emerging agentic platform capabilities that represent the next frontier of digital retail. You will define how Apple Store Online leverages agentic frameworks, platform integration surfaces, and intelligent automation to deliver scalable, privacy-conscious product capabilities that meet customers where they are.
This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. Success in this role means shipping agentic experiences that uphold Apple's values around privacy and trust.
Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of the agentic platform ecosystem, including platform capability evolution, integration framework changes

Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
