As a member of our Worldwide Product Marketing group, you’ll represent customers throughout a product line’s journey from concept through development and launch. You’ll develop and apply insights to help infuse innovative features into our product development process. Description

At Apple, we combine product management/development and product marketing responsibilities into a single, cross functional Product Management role that collaborates with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales and support for maximum impact across the organization

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to focus on Mac Studio and our family of Studio Display monitors. You'll be responsible for the current product line, plus have a seat at the table to help define and drive the future product line, while also leading the marketing and launch of new products to the world. We are a diverse team of Product Managers with various backgrounds and experiences, who are deeply passionate about inclusivity in developing the product and user experience!

In this role, you will influence and impact new product definition through the engineering and development process. You will also drive product management for the currently shipping product line and lead all marketing deliverables for new products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product roadmap and strategy
Influence critical product trade-offs that impact schedule, usability, differentiation, and more
Deeply understand user feedback, competitive trends, and the overall product space to inform a well-developed perspective on Mac Studio & Studio Display users (video, music, 3D, development, science, AI, medical, etc.)
Define Mac Studio & Studio Display product positioning and key product messages
Work with marketing communications and PR on the development of product launch activities, press releases, marketing materials, and press briefings including product demos through a variety of professional software applications
Travel the world as the ambassador for your product by leading press briefings and customer visits to drive advocacy for your product
Bring subject matter expertise in emerging AI technologies, frontier LLMs, and on-device inference

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy and/or product marketing roles, including experience managing a complex product portfolio
Hands-on experience formulating product messaging and creating outbound marketing for both technical and consumer audiences, and partnering with engineering during early research and development to define product strategy and roadmap, and with marketing and public relations to craft positioning, and define marketing activities
Recent experience within the last 3 years in professional workflows (video, music, 3D, AI, development, science, medical, etc.) and computer/display technologies, or adjacent
Ability to drive communication with key stakeholders, the media, and public, as demonstrated by exceptional presentation skills: developing keynote addresses in an area of deep subject matter expertise, synthesizing information, applying critical thinking and maintaining composure under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a product spokesperson or speaking with the media
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, handles high stakes decisions with ease with the ability to cut through ambiguity
Proven oral and written communication skills including product storytelling; ability to explain technical concepts thoughtfully to non-technical partners and deliver compelling presentations. Apple Keynote presentation-building skills preferred
Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed and technical situations and strategic business situations
Proficient analytical abilities and an uncompromising attention to detail
MS/MA/MBA preferred

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
