Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and advocate for shift-left testing, including pre-merge validation and automation gating
Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, and integration layers, including test data strategies for complex systems
Debug failures, improve test stability and flakiness, and optimize test execution performance
Contribute to test infrastructure, shared libraries, and utilities while reviewing automation and product code to uphold quality standards
Leverage AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants, test generators) to accelerate test creation, improve coverage, automate defect detection, and drive innovation in quality engineering
Partner with Product and Engineering early in the development lifecycle to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Drive quality best practices and take end-to-end ownership of quality for features and services
Work across multiple environments and integrations to ensure end-to-end validation in close partnership with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, DevOps)
Provide clear status, risks, and quality insights to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Quality Engineering
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
Experience with API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
