You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions, implementing effective sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, and supporting successful onboarding. REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience required. Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred
• Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and sourcing techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
