As an Accounting Assistant II, you'll prepare and process financial transactions, handle billing operations, and support month-end activities with precision and accuracy. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll manage invoice processing, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with established procedures. REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 year of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Technical certification may be required for some positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
