The Opportunity
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Ops Specialist, you'll combine technical skills on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data cloud, Agentforce(GENETIC AI) ,business acumen and development qualities to build solutions that enable transformative capabilities within Takeda. You will support the Platform Owner in onboarding and facilitating the effective utilization of these platforms. You will play a key role in developing and building new SFMC Campaigns based on business directions in various channels (email, SMS, event, website) with personalization driven by Salesforce Data Cloud segmentation and intellignece.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end campaign service delivery, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and reliability across SFMC, CDP, Brightcove, and SpotMe.
Lead structured project planning and execution, including scope definition, timeline management, risk identification, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across LOC NGCE and OCE Partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
Ensure all campaign activities adhere to Takeda’s GPD governance models, quality standards, compliance frameworks, and operating procedures.
Act as the central delivery coordinator, proactively managing risks, resolving blockers, and driving timely decision-making across stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership to support complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative improvements.
Drive cost and time-to-market efficiencies through reuse of assets, standardized processes, template-based delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, delivery KPIs, and operational metrics to support transparency and continuous optimization.
Leverage AI-driven and agentic automation capabilities to optimize campaign operations, including intelligent workflow orchestration, automated quality checks, predictive issue detection, content personalization support, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience.
