You will work in a collaborative, control-focused environment where accuracy, timeliness and continuous improvement are central to the service we provide.

Why this role is important to us

Reporting to the team manager, you will be part of the ETF Servicing Team responsible for the creation, review, and release of order confirmation files to Authorised Participants for all primary market order activity across all Exchange Traded Funds administered by SSIIL as well as the settlement of all primary market orders through both local and international Centralised Securities Depositories in Europe and managing deliverables both internal and external.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer you will be responsible for the production of and coordination of

  • Confirm production for primary market orders received on ETFs

  • Instructing, review, and monitoring of settlement for all ETF orders

  • Timely and accurate preparation of reporting  

  • Investigation and resolution of internal queries

  • Manage client queries to ensure the highest level of service  

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal departments

  • Identify any risks with processing and ensure that these are addressed

  • Review of overall job process with a view to further efficiencies

  • Manage own continued professional development, by engaging in the PPR process and attending relevant training per development pathways

  • Engagement on project work within the team
