Who we are looking for:

            We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Leader to oversee from concept to production innovative initiatives in the AI space that support our strategic business objectives.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of machine learning engineering experience in feature engineering, model training, model serving, model monitoring and model refresh management.

  • Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments.

  • Proficiency in natural language processing, especially in LLMs and Generative AI systems.

  • Familiarity with the common frameworks and tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Proven experience with transformer models and an understanding of their underlying principles

  • Strong coding and software engineering skills, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

  • Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.

Minimum Salary:

zł282,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
