Role Summary
The CX AI Enablement Developer will join State Street Investment Management’s Emerging Technology and Transformation team to lead AI pilot programs, evaluate emerging technologies, and scale high-value AI opportunities. Job Description – CX AI Enablement Developer (Officer)
State Street Investment Management ("State Street IM," formerly known as State Street Global Advisors or SSGA) is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join the Emerging Technology and Transformation team in US with a focus on innovation and enablement. The individual will lead AI pilot programs with strategic vendors, identify, evaluate, and scale high-value AI opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and security standards.
The role includes developing applications leveraging modern AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise AI or similar platforms. The individual will collaborate closely with architecture, AI, data, and security teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise transformation objectives, regulatory expectations, and security standards.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Design and develop pilot AI applications using Python and modern AI platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise and frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop integrations with large language models (LLMs), APIs, vector databases, prompt management frameworks, and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Contribute to the development of AI agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
