Role Summary
Consultants – Offshore support the technical implementation of the Investment Management Solution Application by contributing to configuration, development, integration, and testing activities across client implementations.
This role requires a solid understanding of investment management systems, hands‑on technical skills, and the ability to work effectively within project teams to implement client requirements under established solution designs and guidance. Consultants collaborate closely with senior consultants, project managers, and global delivery teams to help deliver stable, production‑ready solutions and support client readiness for go‑live.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking implementation professionals with foundational to intermediate experience in financial technology delivery, ideally within capital markets or investment management environments. The ideal candidate brings 10-12 Years of relevant industry experience, gained within a consulting firm, financial institution, or financial software provider.
Candidates should have hands‑on experience contributing to Front, Middle, or Back Office implementations, possess strong technical fundamentals, and demonstrate the ability to learn CRIMS functionality and capital markets workflows.
Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant – Offshore (Officer), you will:
- Contribute to platform’s technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows under guidance
- Assist in analyzing and translating business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and components
- Configure and develop application components based on established designs and standards
- Support system testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards
- Participate in go‑live readiness activities and provide implementation support post‑deployment
- Follow CRD SDLC, documentation standards, and delivery best practices
- Collaborate effectively with global delivery teams and stakeholders

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Strong foundation in:

- Enterprise application fundamentals
- Agentic and Gen AI efficient Usage
- Exposure to financial systems, data integration, or distributed systems is desirable
- Relevant certifications are a plus:
- Azure / AWS fundamentals
- Technical or financial certifications
- Progress toward CFA is an advantage
Experience Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software
