Product Manager (PDx)

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with local business priorities and global brand strategy
• Lead commercial and marketing activities, identifying opportunities for growth and market share expansion
• Accountable for achieving business objectives including sales performance, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategy, profitability, and budget management
• Develop and implement effective launch plans, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement programs
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and global marketing teams to drive business success
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and professional societies
• Conduct market analysis and customer insight generation to support strategic decision-making and portfolio development
• Provide product training and marketing support to commercial teams to ensure excellence in execution
• Drive brand awareness and strengthen the market presence of GE HealthCare's portfolio
• Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or other commercial functions within the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and product launch plans
• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, budget management, and project management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in ethical pharmaceuticals, diagnostic pharmaceuticals, diagnostic imaging, contrast media, medical devices, or related healthcare markets preferred
• Experience in Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac MR, or other cardiovascular-related healthcare markets is highly preferred
