Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. You will work within a collaborative environment, applying modern development methodologies to create scalable and efficient solutions. Your role involves continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure the software aligns with organizational goals and delivers optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain quality and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and configuration within enterprise environments. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance. - Excellent understanding of data security and compliance standards relevant to financial applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
