Operations Engineer

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will spend your day ensuring the smooth functioning and delivery of production systems and services. Your role involves monitoring operational requirements and service agreements to maintain system reliability and performance. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to address issues promptly and support continuous service improvements, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on operational goals. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report. - Strong knowledge of financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in production environments. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels. - Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives. - Skilled in documenting processes and maintaining compliance with operational standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
