Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and alignment. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and deliverable quality. - Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM), Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within low-code platforms. - Experience in integrating APIs and managing system releases to ensure seamless updates. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and quality assurance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX). - This position is based at our Manila office.
