Job Summary
As a OneStream Senior Analyst, you will support the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of OneStream solutions. You will work closely with business users, architects, and project teams to deliver finance transformation solutions and ensure operational excellence.
The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of OneStream applications with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in OneStream implementation and support projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Configure and maintain:
o Workflows
o Metadata
o Data Sources
o Transformation Rules
o Data Management Jobs
o Cube Views
o Dashboards
o Security
Develop and enhance OneStream Business Rules and reports.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities.
Execute SIT, UAT, and production deployment support.
Prepare design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have
Proficiency in OneStream
Strong understanding of:
o Financial Consolidation
o Budgeting & Forecasting
o Financial Reporting
o Data Integration
Hands-on experience with:
o Cube Views
o Dashboards
o Data Management
o Workflow Configuration
o Transformation Rules
Ability to troubleshoot OneStream application issues.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have
Basic exposure to VB.NET and SQL.
OneStream certification(s).
Experience working with ERP systems and finance data processes.
Exposure to OneStream Planning, Account Reconciliations, or ESG modules.

Experience
Minimum 3-6 years overall experience in EPM/CPM technologies.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on OneStream experience.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, or AMS support engagements.
