Key Responsibilities

 

As a Senior Services Counsel, you will support one or more GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Technology or other technology-enabled services areas. In this role, you will

·       Conduct legal risk assessments of new and evolving services, solutions, platforms, tools and capabilities including those incorporating advanced AI and prepare them for market in compliance with laws, regulations and Accenture policies.

·       Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team

·       Support the business growth strategy including by evaluating prospective acquisition or investment targets, including legal diligence, offering/solution risk assessment and post-merger integration planning.

·       Enable other Legal teams, including by developing contracting guidance, providing SME support to deal teams and designing compliance frameworks.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
