As a Business Architecture Associate Director, you will lead complex transformation engagements, helping clients define and implement future-state operating models, governance frameworks, risk management structures, and enterprise technology strategies.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving business transformation initiatives across strategy, operating model design, program governance, digital transformation, PMO modernization, and enterprise architecture. You will leverage your expertise to shape large-scale programs, guide key decisions, and deliver measurable business value.
This role requires a strong combination of business architecture, program leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and transformation delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business architecture and operating model transformation initiatives for complex organizations.
- Define project scope, requirements, business capabilities, governance structures, and target operating models.
- Develop business cases, proof of concepts, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Drive enterprise transformation programs from strategy through execution.
- Establish governance frameworks, project controls, risk management processes, and performance measurement structures.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align business objectives, technology capabilities, and transformation priorities.
- Support business process optimization, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Lead PMO and program governance activities to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Oversee estimation, planning, budget management, resource planning, and delivery assurance activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and operational challenges across transformation programs.
- Support business development activities, proposal creation, solution shaping, and client presentations.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Business Architecture, Strategy & Consulting, Program Management, Risk Management, Digital Transformation, PMO, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
