re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and market focused Procurement Analyst in support of the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics program. As a RRL Procurement Analyst, you will support all procurement related responsibilities in support of our US operations by assisting in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services. In this role, you will engage closely with cross-functional teams, including commercials, quality assurance, and operations, to effectively identify the procurement needs of our de-manufacturing operations. Your collaboration will ensure that all departments are aligned and that we meet our operational requirements seamlessly.
As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze supplier performance and cultivate strong relationships with vendors. This will be crucial in guaranteeing that we receive high-quality materials on time and at competitive prices. You'll dive into market research to pinpoint potential suppliers and evaluate pricing trends, allowing us to make informed purchasing decisions.
In addition, you will assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all orders comply with company policies. Monitoring inventory levels will also be part of your duties, where you'll help manage stock to avoid any shortages or overstock situations that could disrupt our production flow. Throughout all these activities, you'll maintain accurate records and databases to keep track of procurement activities, including order statuses and supplier information, ensuring that we have a clear and organized overview of our procurement operations.

The RRL Commercial team operates within Amazon's re:Cycle Reverse Logistics organisation, recovering value from decommissioned IT infrastructure. As a Procurement Analyst, you'll provide procurement support to multiple internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, Failure Analysis, Facilities, etc.) as well as working with our our third-party demanufacturing partners. You'll track spending against budgets, identify opportunities to optimise costs, and help drive efficient sourcing decisions. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment with real ownership, working across the full spectrum of RRL operations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
