O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar na construção, evolução e gerenciamento do programa global de Compliance em Dados e Inteligência Artificial da Accenture.
- Revisar projetos internos e voltados para clientes para garantir aderência a requisitos regulatórios, legais, contratuais e compromissos voluntários relacionados a Dados e IA.
- Identificar tendências regulatórias, políticas corporativas e melhores práticas de mercado, transformando requisitos em políticas, padrões e controles internos.
- Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de Legal, Risco, Segurança da Informação, Responsible AI e stakeholders de negócios para fortalecer o programa de compliance.
- Apoiar iniciativas voltadas a clientes, incluindo orientação para equipes jurídicas e de contratação.
- Assegurar que aspectos de Governança de Dados e IA sejam considerados desde a concepção de novos serviços, produtos, ofertas e projetos.
- Desenvolver treinamentos, orientações e conteúdos estratégicos relacionados a tendências tecnológicas, compliance e governança de IA.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Forte experiência em Compliance, Governança, Risco, Regulatório, Privacidade, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
- Conhecimento sólido sobre temas relacionados a Dados, Inteligência Artificial, governança digital e requisitos regulatórios.
- Excelente capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e habilidade para resolução de problemas complexos.
- Habilidade para navegar em ambientes globais e trabalhar com múltiplos stakeholders seniores.
- Forte comunicação, construção de relacionamento e influência em ambientes multidisciplinares.
Além disso, é desejável conhecimento:
- Experiência em programas globais de Compliance, Governança de Dados ou Inteligência Artificial.
- Conhecimento de estruturas de gerenciamento de riscos e controles corporativos.
- Vivência com avaliação regulatória, interpretação de legislação e implementação de programas de conformidade.
- Experiência em ambientes internacionais e interação com equipes globais.
- Certificações ou especializações em Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Privacy ou áreas relacionadas.
Requisitos adicionais:
- Inglês avançado (mandatório).
- Base da posição: São Paulo/SP.
- Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido.
- É obrigatório anexar o currículo em inglês durante a candidatura.
