As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and operational workflows. The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting solutions to evolving business challenges, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of financial supply chain management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing effective resolutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices in application design and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
