Summary:
In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The role demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, focusing on delivering scalable and high-performing applications. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside fostering an environment that supports innovation and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcom Clarity PPM.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in software design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Broadcom Clarity PPM.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
