- Hands-on experience delivering programs in agile or iterative environments, including serving as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role responsible for prioritization, execution, and value realization.
- Foundational knowledge of AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application within the insurance industry, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows, with the ability to design AI-enabled solutions, collaborate with technology teams on implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Life & Annuity platforms such as ALIP, OIPA, Sapiens, FAST, Fadata, EIS, Majesco, or comparable technologies.
- Experience connecting policy administration with workflow, correspondence, data, APIs, digital channels, or downstream platforms.
- Applied experience shaping or delivering AI-enabled or agentic workflows, including orchestration, human-in-the-loop controls, responsible AI, and adoption considerations.
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, value realization approaches, and executive recommendations.
- Experience contributing to proposals, pursuits, statements of work, or account growth initiatives.
