Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day will involve designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role will be dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and continuous refinement of applications to support efficient business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes.
- Experience in collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
