Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role requires continuous involvement in maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to meet client needs. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale data transformations using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of data pipeline development and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with integrating PySpark applications with cloud platforms and data storage solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex data processing workflows efficiently.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and resource management in big data environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
