Atividades
- Projetar, implementar e evoluir infraestruturas cloud escaláveis, seguras e de alta disponibilidade.
- Assumir ownership ponta a ponta de plataformas e serviços, atuando desde a arquitetura até o deploy em produção.
- Colaborar com times de engenharia para garantir boas práticas de DevOps, automação e confiabilidade das aplicações.
- Apoiar e mentorar outros engenheiros em um ambiente Agile dinâmico e orientado à entrega contínua.
- Contribuir ativamente para a evolução da cultura DevOps e de plataforma dentro da organização.
Qualificações:
Cloud
- Experiência sólida com AWS: EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, e demais serviços essenciais.
- Capacidade de arquitetar e operar ambientes cloud-native com foco em resiliência e custo.
Orquestração & Infraestrutura como Código
- Experiência avançada com Kubernetes (K8s): deploy, gestão de clusters, troubleshooting e otimização.
- Vivência com Karpenter para autoscaling inteligente de nós no Kubernetes.
- Domínio de Terraform para provisionamento e gestão de infraestrutura como código (IaC).
GitOps & CI/CD
- Experiência com ArgoCD para entrega contínua baseada em GitOps.
- Versionamento e colaboração com Git (GitFlow, Pull Requests, code review).
Mensageria
- Conhecimento em AMQ (ActiveMQ) ou mensageria em geral: RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS/SNS.
- Capacidade de operar, monitorar e troubleshootar brokers de mensagens em ambientes distribuídos.
Microsserviços & Performance
- Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços: comunicação, resiliência, observabilidade e escalabilidade.
- Conhecimento em tuning de JVM: ajuste de heap, GC, análise de memory leaks e otimização de performance.
Diferenciais
- Conhecimento em GCP (Google Cloud Platform) e/ou OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Python: e Java
- Conhecimento em pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins ou similares).
