  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring requests, intake processes, approvals, notifications, insight delivery, and stakeholder workflows through automation and AI-assisted tools.

  • Explore and prototype AI-enabled analytics experiences, including conversational analytics, AI-generated insights, agent-based navigation, guided workflows, and automated recommendations.

Enablement, Governance, Privacy, and Risk

  • Drive adoption of People Analytics products, dashboards, automations, insights, and decision-support resources through playbooks, documentation, training, and enablement sessions.

  • Coach team members and partners on consulting, analytics storytelling, product adoption, workflow automation, responsible AI use, and scalable ways of working.

  • Partner with enterprise Data Governance, Privacy, Risk and People COE teams to strengthen data quality, stewardship, metadata, definitions, documentation, and consistent reporting practices.
