Overview

Mastercard Security Solutions organization (SSO) in Eastern Europe Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) leverages world-class security products and services to lead multi-product commercialization initiatives. It is part of Mastercard Services organization.

Role

As part of this organization the Strategy & Commercial Operations Security Solutions Organization is responsible for:
• Business Performance Management: Build and maintain the operating cadence and rhythm of the region including maintaining executive scorecards/KPIs, MBR/QBR preparation, Product and division business reviews, other executive presentations, and action trackers.
• Strategic Planning Support: represent the team in cross functional work with finance, sales, customer success, etc as required. Track and maintain, and/or otherwise support team wide initiatives, e.g. annual planning, track strategic initiatives, regional goals and OKRs, Big Bets, Investment prioritization, business case development.
• Data analysis and commercial insights: support team wide product and commercialization initiatives as required, including opportunity sizing, white space analysis, market prioritization, client segmentation
• Functional operations: including workforce planning, process excellence and automation, exec visit planning and follow ups
As a strategic business partner within the EEMEA Security Solutions team, this individual will be responsible for translating data into actionable insights, managing executive reporting and business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, supporting commercialization effort and ensuring disciplined execution of strategic priorities.
This role will interact with the SSO EEMEA product team, Global product and regional Services team as required. The role will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations SSO EEMEA

All About You

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, sales/commercial operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role in a complex commercial environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to break down open-ended questions, form a hypothesis/identify key issues, and pressure-test it against evidence, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, and provide recommendations effectively
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, self-driven, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility
• Strong data fluency: advanced Excel is a must; SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is a strong plus. Comfortable working with imperfect data
• Exceptional PowerPoint, executive communication, storytelling, and Project Management/Planning skills
