We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and drive Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing across Amazon Leo's satellite constellation. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our PCBA manufacturing solution to support the production of thousands of satellites.

Key job responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Test Engineers

Implement and lead a comprehensive process to aggregate, provide, implement, and track Design for Manufacturing and Design for Test with the Design Engineering teams

Measure and track production health metrics at our contract manufacturers

Drive yield (both first pass and realized) improvements at our contract manufacturers for both manufacturing and test processes

Report status to senior leadership in a clear and succinct manner

Develop and implement best practices within the team while ingesting and replicating best practices from other teams

Lead team to execute annual improvement plans

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
