The Principal Program Manager provides centralized program management support to AWS Industries PXT teams and serves on the AWSI PXT Leadership Team. This role will be a part of the AWSI PXT Leadership Team leading and supporting implementations of key PXT programs around employee engagement, business expansion, PXT Workforce Strategies, reporting/analytics, and ad hoc projects as needed. The role will manage a variety of PXT projects, with specific focus on creating efficiencies to reduce duplication of effort across PXT programs, automating/leveraging data and insights for scale, and solving big problems that affect the business outcomes and employee experience. This role includes responsibility for improvements to processes, programs and projects, by representing the interests of AWSI HRBPs and influencing change with central teams. In addition, this position will lead critical PXT cadences, including OP1/OP2 HC planning, strategic planning sessions, cyclical reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews), goal planning and reporting, and other recurring meetings such as staff meetings. This role offers exceptional leadership visibility and the opportunity to influence global strategy and execution as the Program Manager is expected to organize and partner with HR leadership in the development of short- and long-term strategic plans.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
