Join North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance as a Principal Finance professional and tackle some of Amazon's most strategic challenges. You'll leverage data from a wide variety of fulfillment centers to build predictive models, support field finance initiatives, and deploy automated solutions that provide forecasting insights to senior leadership driving decisions affecting millions of customers globally.

As a trusted finance partner on the Traditional Sortable team, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across Sales & Operations Planning, Production Planning, Central Programs, Process Engineering, Procurement, PxT, Technology teams, central finance teams, and software developers. This individual contributor role offers exceptional growth potential with pathways to senior business roles, project management positions, and future management opportunities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment while building reports by pulling raw data from databases using SQL into Quicksite.

Key job responsibilities

You'll design and implement new financial reporting and modeling solutions, find creative solutions utilizing large scale data mining tools, and manage development of weekly and monthly financial reviews. Regular collaboration with executives and various business units provides opportunities to exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills while articulating complex finance issues to non-Finance partners.

TSSL+ is comprised of Traditional Sortable and Softline FC's as well as auxiliary businesses, including Hazmat, Merch, Print/Make on Demand, and luxury goods. Each business unit provides its own challenges and opportunities to develop processes, standards, and relationships with cross functional business partners.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
