As a core member of the Inbound FP&A Reporting team, you will support the end-to-end weekly and monthly reporting process — with a primary focus on the US/NA Weekly Business Review (WBR). You will be responsible for building and maintaining financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and helping translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership. This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role with strong growth potential for candidates looking to deepen their FP&A and business partnering skills within a large-scale operations finance environment.
You will work closely with the Inbound Planning and Execution team, developing a strong understanding of NA Inbound operations, cost drivers, and performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with large data sets, thrives in a fast-paced weekly cadence, and wants to build a foundation in strategic finance.
Key job responsibilities
Support the weekly US/NA WBR process end-to-end — pulling data, building bridges, running variance analysis, and preparing the reporting package on time and accurately
Maintain and update standardized financial reports and dashboards for Inbound operations, ensuring consistency and data integrity
Conduct variance analysis and contribute to financial narratives that explain performance drivers versus plan, prior year, and prior week

Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and ad hoc analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
