We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join our team supporting supplier compliance documentation, business requirements development, and system administration. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic document writing with hands-on project execution and operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional writer, and comfortable partnering with tech teams on business requirements while serving as a backup for system support when needed.

Key job responsibilities
* Document Writing & Strategy: Author, edit, and maintain high-quality operational documents including OP narratives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and compliance materials
* Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, milestones, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure on-time execution
* System Support (Backup): Serve as a backup administrator for applications such as CMX1, FoodLogiQ, and other operational platforms, ensuring business continuity during coverage gaps or out-of-office periods
* Business Requirements Documentation: Partner with technology teams to develop, document, and refine business requirements that drive system enhancements, new capabilities, and process automation
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver results
* Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable solutions that improve team productivity and quality outcomes

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
