This Associate Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and will support AWS’s specialist sales, business development, and partner network teams. The successful candidate will be able to counsel business partners on a variety of complex legal issues; structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and program documents; and drive process-oriented improvements.
Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of strategic counseling on legal issues and collaborative problem-solving to unlock business opportunities. You’ll engage with AWS’s specialist sales, business development, partner network, product, policy, security, and operations teams. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
