Job Responsibilities

Handle fund account opening operations.

Process fund transactions, account reconciliations, and other related operational activities.

Execute operational tasks related to fund management companies and centralized securities depository platforms.

Provide client service and resolve various inquiries and issues.

Assist in project planning and implementation.

Perform system operations and testing for both domestic and offshore funds.

Complete other duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in shareholder services operations or client service within asset management firms, banks, or securities companies.

Experience in ETF shareholder services operations is highly preferred.

Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Relevant licenses/certifications for the securities investment trust and consulting industry are required.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fast learner with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
