Role Summary
The Sort Center Learning Trainer partners with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Process Assistants, and Associates to improve the capabilities and performance of assigned work areas. The role develops and applies learning tools, supports associate development and cross-training, and helps measure the effectiveness and impact of training efforts.
What You'll Do
- Measure production quality and quantity and apply learning tools to improve both.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments and evaluate and improve processes within work areas.
- Develop, maintain, and apply learning tools such as methods, checklists, and skill building agreements.
- Identify areas for associate cross-training and implement training to support the objective.
- Support the updating of SOPs and SOP certification for associates and managers.
- Assist in driving peak and non-peak training plans and provide insight to area managers.

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
