Job Description & Summary

The Infrastructure and Project Finance team helps public and private sector clients finance, deliver and operate projects in a cost effective and efficient fashion. As part of our team, you’ll help our client with procurement strategies, project structuring, financing and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides various analytical and data driven components for financial advisory services;

  • Develops and sensitizes financial models for project financing and/or valuations of infrastructure projects;

  • Researches data and statistics for a given industry;

  • Assists in government biddings and other proposals;

  • Prepares/writes related documents such as the information memorandum, project briefs, presentation materials, industry analysis, among others; and

  • Assists the team in the advisory process.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Finance/Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Management/Engineering or other related fields

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience related in infrastructure advisory, consulting, or developing feasibility studies

  • Familiar or have experience with financial and economic analysis

  • With interest in infrastructure projects and up to date with government policies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability, as well as strong analytical and financial/corporate evaluation skills, whilst demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment;
