Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Roma siamo alla ricerca di un professionista abilitato alla professione di Dottore commercialista che abbia maturato dai 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes.
L'attività svolta sarà la seguente:
- attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie
- strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
- consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale
- Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
