Key Responsibilities:
Technology is the backbone of every modern business — and at PwC, our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team keeps thousands of professionals connected, equipped, and productive every single day.
As a End User Computing (EUC) Intern, you'll get a rare inside view of how a leading professional services firm manages the devices, software, and IT services that power its people. Your responsibilities will include:
Support the end-user computing (EUC) asset lifecycle: plan and coordinate device deployments (onboarding), loans, refreshes, and retirements (offboarding); ensure timely updates and replacements.
Assist with software packaging, testing, release, and deployment to keep devices current.
Provide IT support: troubleshoot issues and perform software installations and upgrades.
Follow up after incident resolution and fulfill IT service requests.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate asset records (status, location, user assignment).
Help ensure all devices comply with firm security policies and standards.
What we're looking for:
We welcome curious, service-oriented students who are excited to build a career in IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
Currently enrolled in a diploma program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT support and end-user device management.
Willingness to learn troubleshooting, software installation, and device configuration.
Strong customer service mindset and clear communication skills.
Familiarity with IT asset management principles is a plus.
Awareness of security policies and standards for end-user devices.
Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Application Notes:
Please indicate your first-choice role and, where applicable, a second-choice role, based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high volume of applications.
Kindly upload both your resume and academic transcript/degree audit in PDF format
