Key Responsibilities:
Understand the business needs by assisting to analyse current processes, and supporting to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Conduct desk analysis and gather data points to support in the decision process
Learn on different techniques to gather user feedbacks to adapt and adjust on proposed solutions
Learn to liaise and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams
Assist to create support materials (E.g. user guide/ standard operating procedures)
Assist to build and maintain AI-powered tools to support day-to-day business tasks, ensuring quality and relevance to end user needs
What we're looking for:
Keen to develop themselves in the profession of process improvement and change management
Excellent communication skills, including writing skills, and a team player
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and eager to learn
Highly organised with effective time management
Able to work independently and get things done within the deadline
