Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team 

  • Führe Projekte zur Bewertung von Unternehmen und Unternehmensteilen sowie immateriellen Vermögenswerten (z.B. Marke oder Kundenbeziehung) durch 
  • Analysiere Finanzberichte und Jahresabschlüsse der jeweiligen Zielunternehmen 
  • Analysiere Planungsrechnungen 
  • Übernimm die Durchführung von Werthaltigkeitstests und Kaufpreisallokationen im Rahmen von Unternehmenserwerben
  • Unterstütze ggfs. im Beteiligungsmanagement sowie im Controlling 
  • Arbeite eng mit Kunden und internen Teams zur Erarbeitung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen zusammen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich  
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Bereich Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modeling
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der wirtschaftlichen Analyse von Unternehmen gemacht, z.B. im Rahmen von Praktika  
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprache) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du verfügst über hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Dein Jahresbruttogehalt liegt bei mindestens EUR 52.500 (all-in) für eine Associate Position. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt im persönlichen Gespräch. Du hast mehr als das Minimum zu bieten? Wir auch. Bei uns steigt dein Gehalt jährlich.
