Your future role:

  • Gain hands-on experience in international projects for leading financial institutions, supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and business transformation initiatives,

  • Contribute to projects covering credit risk, market risk, operational risk, stress testing, IFRS 9, ICAAP, IRB, and post-merger integration activities,

  • Work with complex business and data-related challenges, drawing conclusions and translating analyses into practical recommendations,

  • Support the analysis and interpretation of financial, regulatory, and operational information for major banking groups,

  • Explore the latest AI and Generative AI technologies by helping develop innovative solutions and intelligent agents for the financial services sector,

  • Build valuable professional experience while collaborating with risk, data, technology, and consulting experts in an international environment.

Apply if you:

  • Are in your 3rd year of studies or have completed higher education (regardless of field or type of institution),

  • Have strong analytical skills and logical thinking abilities,

  • Find innovative, out-of-the-box solutions and enjoy working in a team,

  • Can dedicate approximately 30 hours per week to the internship program,

  • Are fluent in German and English (C1 or higher) and want to work in an international environment,

  • Are familiar with new technologies and AI-based tools in everyday work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, summarizing content),

  • Enjoy improving processes and working collaboratively.

By joining us, you'll gain:

  • Employment for the internship period with the possibility of extending the employment; you will be working in a hybrid work model,

  • Many opportunities to expand your knowledge (mentoring from experienced colleagues, workshops, e-learning courses),

  • The ability to create an individual benefits plan (choose, for example, the lunch pass, the Multisport card, massages) plus access to a benefits platform that includes various vouchers, discounts on IT equipment, and discounts on car purchases,

  • A wellbeing program - mindfulness and breathing sessions, and psychological support,

  • 3 hours a month for volunteering, plus the option to get involved in internal initiatives such as PwC Shine or Women@PwC

  • Once you love it here as much as we do, you can refer friends to PwC.
