Key job responsibilities
**Program Execution**: Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, defining milestones, managing dependencies, and driving accountability
**Technical Strategy**: Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and migration strategies (e.g., frontend modernization, service decomposition)
**Cross-Team Coordination**: Align dependencies with partner teams across Amazon to unblock delivery
**Risk Management**: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks; escalate when needed with data-driven recommendations
**Operational Excellence**: Drive improvements to development processes, release mechanisms, and operational health (COE follow-ups, on-call improvements, runbook hygiene)
**Mechanisms & Communication**: Establish program reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communication rhythms; author program narratives (OP docs, planning docs, decision documents)
**Launch Coordination**: Manage end-to-end launches including A/B testing coordination, ramp plans, and go/no-go decisions

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
