System Analysis Associate III

Overview:
The HRTS System Analysis Associate is a key member of the HR Technology Services team, dedicated to delivering exceptional internal customer support within the HR space. This role focuses on providing seamless support for Workday, our HR system, and collaborates closely with internal partners to ensure smooth troubleshooting and efficient resolution of system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-user support for HR Systems through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.
  • Complete audits to ensure data integrity within HR Systems, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions.
  • Assist in data conversion activities, including mass data loads , to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure efficient support and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth research on system issues, proposing and implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing creative and efficient solutions.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience with HR Systems troubleshooting and support is preferred.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system troubleshooting, technical support, or similar roles.
    • Experience with data conversion and mass data loads is a plus.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
