DESCRIPTION:
As a Compliance Specialist I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to managing quality compliance. This foundational position offers opportunities to contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll be responsible for quality compliance activities including document review, approval, filing and process improvement initiatives. Working in a dynamic environment, you'll collaborate with teams to maintain strict adherence to quality regulations while supporting efficient business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in MS Office suite,
• Strong English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams
• Proven capability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
