Key job responsibilities
As the Creative Marketing Manager for Amazon Now, you'll define and own the end-to-end creative strategy that brings speed and convenience to life across defined, digital touchpoints. Partnering across the Amazon Now ecosystem, you'll collaborate with both business and brand stakeholders, ADX Creative teammates, and agency partners to translate strategic vision into production-ready assets that drive measurable business impact. You'll lead quarterly creative strategy refreshes, own the template approval process, and mentor in-house designers and external partners to deliver bar-raising creative that balances visual excellence with business performance. This role requires translating business objectives into compelling creative briefs while maintaining consistent brand voice and ensuring flawless execution across all campaigns.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
