We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced program manager to help lead group AI transformation and to execute business plans to ensure continuity of business operations at all times. This role will involve identifying and helping to design and build systems within the team to better enable use of AI to drive workstreams as well as creating new programs and improving current ones. The role will contributes to or lead a portfolio of projects, including the project plans, timelines, milestones, financial and budget management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for complex programs. It will also lead on budget management for the CMR team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently and balance competing workloads and priorities, and a proven track record of project/finance management. The ideal candidate will utilize direction and strategy from leadership regarding business priorities in order to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and will influence others to change behavior accordingly.
Responsibilities
Develop, use and maintain company tools, resources, databases, and processes to efficiently achieve work objectives leveraging AI
Manage budgets, including monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders
Provide support for the rhythm of business, planning cycles, agendas, facilitation, and priority setting
Develop and maintain relationships with partner teams across multiple organizations (e.g., business support professionals, Finance, Human Resources)
Coordinate and manage select client projects including internal presentations
Serve as a communications hub and liaison between the CVP and internal/external stakeholders
Recommend, develop, and implement efficiencies by introducing tools, templates, and frameworks that improve effectiveness
Qualifications
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years’ experience in project management, internal communications, and/or accounting/finance
Ability to manage multiple, competing projects/priorities under tight deadlines, quickly prioritize for impact and deliver results
An understanding of and passion for AI and developing new tools and use cases for AI to improve team efficiency and productivity
Attention to detail with competent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with ability to have a wider or complete perspective
Proven ability to partner, build trust, communicate with and influence key stakeholders to a common goal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient financial and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
Self-starter who thrives in complex and fast paced environments
The desire and ability to work as part of a diverse and inclusive team, and to foster a culture of respect, integrity and accountability
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
